Returns and Exchanges Since Every Item is custom produced we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to order the size and color that is correct for you.
Cancellations We pride ourselves on speedy production. In most cases, your order will be placed into production within 2-3 hours. therefore we can accept Cancellations for only 2 hours after the order is placed.
Production Time It normally takes 1 to 3 days to produce your purchase. Personalized orders may take a day longer. During some busy times like Mother’s Day and Christmas production may take a little longer. If there is any delay in producing your order we will let you know via email
Shipping Time To reduce your shipping costs we send your order in the most economical way possible. On average you should receive your order within 2-7 days from the day it is shipped. We will send you tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
Some Products have free shipping, but in no case will your shipping costs exceed $5.99 for the first item and $2.99 for each additional item of the same kind.
